1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and scheduling device repair bookings, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms, you must refrain from using our online scheduling, dashboard, and restoration tracking systems.
2. Restoration Bookings and Pricing
- Estimates: Pricing estimates provided through our autocomplete model finder represent our standard diagnostic fee matrix. Final pricing may be updated upon manual physical diagnostic verification by our technicians.
- Order Submissions: Submitting a checkout request logs an active ticket in our PostgreSQL database. It reserves your service slot but does not initiate active repair work until your device is physically received.
3. Handover and Store Location Rules
Phonez Lab currently operates a physical store laboratory delivery model. After confirming an order booking online:
- You must deliver the device to our store laboratory at Keishampat Keisham Leikai, Imphal, Manipur, 795001.
- Once the device is handed over and verified, the order status changes to "In Progress" and cannot be cancelled.
- Any unclaimed devices left at our physical center for more than 90 days after repair completion may be subject to storage fees or disposition.
4. Order Cancellations
For your convenience, you have the option to cancel your booking directly from the Track Order status page at any point before physical device handover.
Note: The cancellation action features a mandatory 3-second security cooldown to prevent accidental cancellations. Once clicked and confirmed after the cooldown, the database status instantly updates to "Cancelled" and the action cannot be reversed.
5. Technician Guarantees & Liability
Every repair is handled by a certified technician following strict safety and ESD protocols. While we endeavor to restore every device to its original factory configuration:
- Opening a smartphone device might void existing manufacturer warranties. Phonez Lab is not liable for changes to the manufacturer's warranty status.
- We perform backups of address logs and account bookings, but we are not liable for files, contacts, or local system data stored on your device. We encourage you to backup your phone before handing it over.
6. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be highlighted on this page. Your continued use of our booking tools and dashboards after terms revisions signifies your agreement to the updated policies.
